Florida Dept. of State files
Polled hourly — each new file ingested within the hour of publication, so we add no delay of our own.
Formed within the last 30 calendar days.
The state doesn't publish a file every calendar day, and state files can lag formation by days.
"Corporation — Profit" is what's usually meant by C-corp; S-corp election is an IRS status no state registry tracks. County options are inferred values (see note below). “Industry identifiable from the name” keeps names a trade word in the keyword list can label — generic ENTERPRISES / SERVICES / GROUP names drop out. Principal vs officer address compares the filing’s street, city and ZIP to the officers listed: “=” is usually a home or shop; “≠” is often a registered-agent mill. “More than 1 officer” keeps filings that list two or more names. Corporate member means at least one listed name looks like an LLC or Inc. (not a person); “no corporate member” is the rest.
