Billing and refunds
Cancel anytime from the billing portal. You keep paid access through the end of the current period, and future billing stops. No refunds of elapsed time. The $1 Starter tier is the way to evaluate the service before a larger plan. On a yearly plan, unused full months on an early cancel are refunded pro-rata at the monthly rate. Other refund requests — billing errors, goodwill — are by email to this address, not the portal. Include the account email. Policy: Terms §3.

Data issues
If something looks wrong in the data, remember that our source is official Secretary of State filings — we publish what the state publishes, and errors in the source flow through. If you can point us to the specific filing, we'll investigate.
