The sublist for your trade and territory — not the state's raw file.
Save two months: yearly is 10× monthly.
Billing: each charge covers the period that follows it — you pay for the
month/year you're about to use, not the one behind you. Cancel anytime in the portal — stops
all future billing at period end.
No refunds of elapsed time — the $1 Starter tier is your evaluation path.
Yearly plans: two months free, applied when the term completes; unused full months on early
cancel are refunded pro-rata at the monthly rate. Other refund requests are considered at our
discretion. (Terms).
Inspect the official Florida filings before you pay: the explorer and alerts demo, open to anyone — 14-day-old data, no saved alerts, every fact badged.
See the live alert system working: 1 saved alert, up to 10 fresh leads/month in your inbox — same-day matched names, Excel/CSV attached. Web stays on the free 14-day lag; your inbox gets the fresh names. Monthly only, cancel anytime.

14,339 (32%) — the rest are generic or holding names. We do not invent an industry.

What you buy vs. what a file dump is
| State daily file | Typical list dump | Alerts | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What arrives | Every row the state published that day | Same file, in Excel, sometimes AI-tagged | Your keywords + geography, already cut |
| “New” | Whatever showed up in today's file | Usually the same | Formed within the last 30 calendar days |
| Junk | Shells, holdings, RA mills included | Included | Trade-word-first and principal-vs-officer-address cuts |
| Industry | Not in the file | Guessed from the name, often sold as fact | Name keywords, unlabeled when there is no signal |
| Extra facts | None | Sometimes scraped phones | Official lists only (NPPES, DBPR, FMCSA) — sparse, labeled |
| County | Not in the corporate file | Often implied as a state fact | Inferred from ZIP, badged as inferred |
| Delivery | SFTP, DIY | Weekly or daily spreadsheet | Morning email + Excel / CSV |

On paid plans

- Mill / drop-box cuts when you turn them on
- Provenance on every displayed fact

Not this product
- Scraped or purchased phones and emails
- Territory exclusivity or “you own this ZIP”

- The minute a company forms — the state lags by days; we add at most an hour after they post
- A map of all 13 million historic entities as the lead list
- Consumer data
Who it's for
Commercial insurance
GL, BOP, workers comp, commercial auto — names in a trade, in your counties, new enough that no incumbent is in place yet. License hits (DBPR, NPI, USDOT) when the official list has them.
Payroll, bookkeeping, banking
Same morning list, fewer vertical keywords. A new operating entity still needs a checking account and a books setup; the file dump does not tell you which rows are that.
Local B2B that will mail or call
Signage, web, merchant, uniforms. The paid plan is an addressable sublist. If you need a verified cell on every row, this is the wrong product — say so on the waitlist and we will not pretend otherwise.
FAQ
Why not just download the state's free file?
You can — credentials are public. A workday file is thousands of rows, county is not a field, “new” is not the same as “showed up today,” and most legal names have no industry signal. Our product is the cut you would otherwise rebuild every morning.
Why $99 if some sites sell weekly Excel for $9–$49?
Those are usually the same daily file, retitled. $99 is the matched sublist: your words and geography, mill cuts, official enrichment when it hits, and a morning attachment you can work — processed and emailed within an hour of the state posting the file. Free browsing shows 14-day-old data; paid plans see every day's file live and can save alerts.
Do you include phone numbers and emails?
Only when an official list has them — NPPES for healthcare orgs, DBPR food licenses, FMCSA for trucking. Brand-new entities lag those lists; fill rates are low and labeled. We do not scrape the web or buy aggregator contacts.
How fresh is “daily”?
We poll the official feed hourly. When a new file date appears, we ingest it on that pass — in the database within an hour of the state posting, assuming the poller is running. Alert mail will go out on the same cycle. The state does not publish every calendar day, and filings can lag formation by several days. Every page shows a data-through date. That clock starts when the state posts, not when the company forms.
What is “inferred” data?
Fields the state file does not contain. County is derived from ZIP via the Census ZCTA crosswalk and always badged as inferred. Industry from a legal name is a keyword match, not a verified NAICS code — see the keyword list.
What counts as a “lead” toward my monthly limit?
A matched company row we deliver to you — in the morning digest attachment for your alerts. Matches you see on the web are not counted, and days with zero matches cost nothing. If one company matches more than one of your alerts, it still counts as one lead. If you hit your plan's cap, your alerts keep running and you'll see exactly what the cap held back — nothing is silently dropped. Your first 30 days after you subscribe, the monthly lead cap (and saved-alert cap) is doubled — e.g. on Alerts, 1,000 → 2,000 leads/month and 10 → 20 saved alerts; on Pro, 3,000 → 6,000 and 25 → 50. Feed leads stay unlimited.
Can I get the complete daily feed?
The Feed plan removes the monthly cap on leads and lets you receive the entire daily feed as an attachment — on top of up to 50 saved alerts. Your morning email can include both the full data dump and your personalized alerts. Raw volume is not our product — you would have to sort thousands of rows yourself. Alerts are the sublist; enrichment makes it richer; the time we save you is the product. $299 is for Florida. Additional states, when live, will be 50% off for Feed subscribers ($150/mo each). You elect them — they do not switch on automatically.
Does Feed include every state as you launch them?
No. $299 is for Florida — unlimited leads and 50 saved alerts in that state. When Colorado, New York, or another state is live, Feed subscribers can elect it at 50% off ($150/mo). Alerts ($99) and Pro ($199) stay Florida-only until we say otherwise. Use the waitlist below if you want a ping when your second state ships.
When do alerts start delivering?
The morning digest is live. Save an alert with an email on a paid plan and the next publishing day that matches lands in your inbox with the attachments you picked. The interactive demo runs against the ingested Florida file.
Can I cancel?
Yes — cancel anytime from the billing portal. You stay paid through the end of the current period. Switch monthly ↔ yearly in the portal too.
Can I get a refund?
Cancel anytime from the billing portal — that stops all future billing at period end. No refunds of elapsed time. The $1 Starter tier is your evaluation path — see the live pipeline before committing to a larger plan. Yearly plans: two months free apply when the term completes; unused full months on early cancel are refunded pro-rata at the monthly rate. Other refund requests are considered at our discretion. Details: Terms.
